It was also my 2nd shot at this flight as my last flight didnt go too well (forgot to completely shut off the APU, which resulted in a lot less fuel and the aircraft somewhat didnt make it to destination...). Also I forgot to click on board aircraft on ASACARS, so when I was in the air, it was too late. At least I had the projectFly app to monitor and register my flight. |

Boarding happened a lot faster than I thought with GSX. I tweaked it for next time... Mod turbulence over the Atlantic, TS over Nova Scotia and I did hit some heavy TS and turbulence at TOD. Not the most pleasant flight. The ERJ 170 is a real pain to fly in FSX compared to FS9. Something is really off with that aircraft... Autopilot is only half working and ILS landing is nearly impossible with half of the functions inoperable! Plus I am not convinced the current schedule is actually even possible. I have flown before in real life from Schiphol to Munich, and it takes aprox 80 to 90 mins for a flight... not less than 60. My 2 cents... |

When I was like at 100 NM away from the airport, I decided I would land this bird alone and I turned around. Suddenly ATC figured I still existed and gave me an IFR landing. I ended up landing VFR anyways because of the stupid panel I got still doesnt work... I am still looking around for a decent FSX compatible 727 panel... A real pain. |

WOW! A flight that arrives on time in Philly! Must of been a special treat to the passengers! hehehe. On a more serious note, very good early flight. Got bullied aside by an US Air A319 on final approach. Good thing I was prepping up for some screen shots and I low and behold, a over-speed approaching AI. I let it pass by by pressing slew, so that way I wont go wonkers with the wake... By the way, the freeware SunskyJet Philadelphia is a MUST for anyone. Its free, so no excuses. That airport is simply stunning and could easily been a payware! |

Very nice flight! I skimmed on the eastern extreme of TS (or hurricane by now) Isaac of the gulf of Mexico... Was interesting! Some turbulence, but at FL 380, it wasnt so bad to be honest... Though I am sure had I flown right over it, things would of not went well. Landed on 30R. Got a new scenery for MMUN. VERY nice! Exactly like the real thing (just got back from there two weeks ago). |

Dawn flight. A LOT of turbulence! Should not of taken direct GPS flight... Should of avoided the Rockies... Engine froze at 9000ft! Good thing my old is an ATC and ex-navigator... Helped me out in taking back control of the situation. I hit showers at 9000 ft... -2 degrees celsius plus rain = engine frozen. Pitot heat on, and mix gas... Mine took longer due to a delay at Rome (engine problems... couldnt get the left engine to start) and long taxi at Madrid... speaking of which, holy crap is it a huge airport!!!! |

That was a long flight! Two reasons for this: 1 - Since I was flying at FL150, I headed bang on into heavy Tstorms over the Baden-Baden area (Upper Rhine, Baden-Wutenberg), I had to contour the area. The turbulences were very strong, and it was dangerous for me to continue straight into them. 2 - I had two go-around at Innsbruck. Something odd - as I was landing, I encountered like a heavy push which lifted the aircraft and made me overshoot the runway. Is it a natural phenomenon, or a FS9 screw-up... I dont know. Either ways, managed to land safely. By the way, I really hope we will get more flights in and out of Cologne-Bonn airport... The new GAP2 by Aerosoft is simply amazing!!! |

Ok first off Im aware that I did not do the correct time for the flight... The flight was supposed to depart at 1400, but for some odd reason, I misread the schedual and I departed at 1600... not only that but the flight took a lot longer than schedualed to land.. But thats mostly due to ATC only wanting to give me visuals to land... which was stupid because visibility is not good at all as it was snowing and windy... Still managed to get there because I had a little bit of experience in landing at Innsbruck, but if it wasnt for that, I think I would of either crashed or missed several times that landing... Apart from that, fun flight with the ATR from Flight1... its been a while but at least I didnt forget too much how to use the FMC. |

Nice flying! Although It took me a bit more time than needed because I got curious and flew right over Seattle Int Airport, got some nice pics and also because ATC kept giving me zizag directions to the final destination. And I still dont get it when EHAM ATC puts me on visual, when I requested IFR, and makes me do circles around over Belgium... had to ask twice for landing procedures change until ATC finally made me land visual on 36L (or 36C whatever ...). First CAT B flight! The 737 is a charm to fly, and easy to land. I had done a couple of test flights over Canada in order to get to used to it, but oddly enough on my first cat B flight, the flaps remained jammed at 15 degrees, and I just dont get why... Spoilers worked well, the rest too... So I had to cut from projected 38000ft to 32000ft, and I still managed to cut 10 mins! |

Flight took 30 mins more due to ATC assingin a visual approach on rwy 8 at Innsbruck... That means I have to loop around the alps, and land from 3900 ft to ground in less than 30 seconds.... You want a wild approach? Go and land visual on rwy 8 at Innsbruck... Im sure a few of the passengers got sick on that landing! ;) |

Very good flight... a bit of rain at Trondheim. Very smooth landing at Olso, so smooth I even manage to keep my front wheels up for like 4 seconds and slowly bring them down afterwards. Odd graphic glitch, I had like a lava spit on my left wing all the way from Trondheim to Olso... Funny at first but very annoying at the end. Dont know how it happened, it appeared when I taxied on the runway at Trondheim. |

BUT an amazing visual landing (drop from 10'000 ft to 3000ft in less than 10 seconds - full flaps, spoilers, throttle to zero, align visual, remove spoilers, put throttle to about 40%, landing complete at 140knts). Flight departed 15 mins late due to traffic, then I had a stupid problem - spoilers were deployed, and I couldnt get ANY airspeed and altitude until I found out what was the trouble... Afterwards... an ok flight. |

Flight went very well, but approach took a lot longer... Dont know why, just ATC gave me directions for a very long approach... Couldnt go any faster than 250knots under 10'000 AGL (speed limit) and they put me at 8000ft AGL 35 miles from the airport... so, it took a long time to get there. Apart from that, landing went very very very smooth. Frankly, the Embraer jet is the one to fly in CAT A. |

Looong flight... way too long for what it should of been... First of all, at EHAM, there was a 15 min delay of waiting to get in air, and THEN when I got to de Gaulle, I missed my landing for a reason which Im still not sure... I was aligned, IAS perfect, etc etc, but when I got close to the landing strip the aircraft didnt want to go down, like... as if something was pushing from the bottom.... Turbulances caused by the heat eminated from the tarmac??? Or just a bug? Or just bad piloting? Who knows... so I had to go around, file a missed landing with Paris ATC... uugh a flight to be forgotten... but on the other hand the add-on scenery I got for Paris is absolutely breath-taking. |
