The plane had some mechanical issues which led to a delay in our departure; however, we were able to resolve the issues at the gate and proceed with our flight. Additionally, severe weather enroute to Papeete required us to go around the affected area, increasing our time in the air. In spite of all of this the passengers were brought safely to Papeete. |

turning around in Miami right away, we got off pretty fast despite a late arrival from Denver. FsP was screaming at me when I returned to Denver because I was below the allowed fuel reserve limit. We had very strong headwinds to deal with and the Avro isn't really suited for this distance; add to that heavy traffic into Denver and we started running low on fuel. Despite all of that and some moderate chop into Denver, it was a good flight. |
