Live Support System Installed
Atlantic Sun Airways has announced tonight the installation of a live support system for use of our pilots.
This new system goes beyond the borders of our forum help desk. If a pilot needs a question answered right away, there is usually an ASA staff member on duty to answer the question in a real-time chat like envorinment.
The new system also monitors every page that a website user visits. If a user appears to be having trouble with something, a staff member may envite that user into the help system to chat. Users being envited into the help system will see a large dialog box pop up on their screen.
The new system can be found from the main page of our website on the right hand side under the ASA ad rotations.
