FailureText:	one engine sustained some damage shortly after take-off due to a bird strike. The oil temperature started to increase gradually fortunately, the plane landed before the engine shutdown. The flaps were extended at excessive airspeed and were damaged. The pilot over rotated the aircraft upon take off and the tail hit the ground.
